About Us
AV Industrial Products Ltd was founded in 1992 by a vibration engineer who saw a gap in the market for a technically focused, responsive supplier of anti-vibration mountings. At the time, many customers struggled to obtain fast technical support or value-led alternatives to the large manufacturers, so the company was created to provide knowledgeable, flexible, and cost-effective solutions.
Our mission is to deliver technically sound, cost-effective vibration control solutions with fast, responsive support. We aim to help customers solve engineering challenges by combining technical knowledge, quality products, and the agility of a specialist SME.
From the start, the goal was to build a specialist business that combined strong engineering expertise with the speed and responsiveness of an SME. The focus was on delivering reliable products, practical technical advice, and the best overall value to customers.
Our vision is to continue building our technical capability, expand our engineering and testing services, and grow our international reach, while maintaining the responsiveness and personal service that set us apart. We aim to provide the best value vibration control solutions — balancing performance, reliability, and cost for every customer.

ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
We operate an environmental management system that monitors waste, materials, and energy use to minimise environmental impact. We work toward continual improvement through documented processes and regular reviews.
ISO 9001 – Quality Management
AV Industrial Products operates a fully documented ISO 9001 quality management system, ensuring consistent control over every stage of our processes — from supplier selection and incoming inspection through to manufacture, stock management, order fulfilment, and technical support. Our ISO 9001 framework helps us maintain repeatable product quality, traceability, and customer satisfaction by following structured procedures, continuous improvement practices, and regular internal audits. This commitment to quality allows us to deliver reliable, best-value solutions while maintaining the responsiveness and flexibility of an SME.
Lloyd’s Register of Shipping – Design Approval
Our Silent Marine anti-vibration mounts and rubber engineering components carry Lloyd’s Register of Shipping Design Approval, verifying that they meet the rigorous technical and safety standards required for marine and offshore applications. Lloyd’s approval demonstrates that our products design has been evaluated for performance, material integrity, and suitability in demanding environments. This gives customers confidence that our components can be relied upon in critical marine, naval, and offshore installations, while still offering excellent value and strong technical support.
REACH – Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals
All chemicals used in rubber compounds and metal processes are verified with suppliers to ensure full REACH compliance. We maintain documented material declarations and regularly review updates.
RoHS – Restriction of Hazardous Substances
We ensure our components do not exceed permitted levels of restricted substances in metals, coatings, or rubber compounds. Compliance is confirmed through supplier certifications and our own quality inspections.
